Priscilla Green

BUSINESS EDUCATOR & COACH, EDUCATION MANAGER

(GradDip.Industrial Edu, DipFLManagement, DipBA, Cert. Training and Assessment.)

In the late 1990's Priscilla began delivering business and administration training at RMIT University and other private RTO's and has since been involved in various education and training programs.  Dreams to Goals is one of the entities she has established over the years along with her online store www.priscillaannegreenliving.com and digital magazine www.lilyonlinemagazine.com.

After having her son in 2009 she began providing Melbourne based business coaching services to businesses and individuals primarily around marketing and business planning, the field that she conducted research into,  as well as various personal and professional development goal setting projects. Which is where the idea for Dreams to Goals Not-For-Profit projects were born when so many micro businesses, sole traders and small businesses simply could not afford the services afforded by larger corporations.

Prior to establishing her own consultancy business and association Priscilla spent 5 years as the Department Manager for RMIT University, Enterprise & Workplace Training Department where  she oversaw the delivery of local and global training and consultancy in TAFE, community and corporate industry training programs in disciplines including finance, compliance, PS146, marketing, management, conveyancing, retail, hospitality, real estate, administration and IT, Traineeships, Koori education, VET in Schools, Performance Management, Assessment and Recruiting and Community Training and Learning Networks. Clients have included Mandarin Oriental Hotels, The Excelsior Hotel, The Sofitel, Vero, Salesforce, Deloitte, Coca Cola, Alcoa, Bunnings, Billabong, TNT, Bendigo Bank, Securities & Derivatives Industry Association, Insurance Line, IBM, Retravision, TYCO, The Franchise Council of Australia, Community Centres, Koori Groups and Government Departments just to name a few.

More than 10 years as a Management and Administration Trainer and Program Coordinator working with over 500 companies has provided a breadth of corporate  and business training knowledge. Along with conducting research into small business training needs as part of a State Government Research Program at RMIT University which has given her insight into the issues facing small businesses in Australia. Consolidating this experience and knowledge into articles, programs  and services to help small and large businesses, entrepreneurs and home based businesses is her aim.
